Just yesterday, I finally found it and actually moved into my new office after three weeks on the living room coffee table. For nowand maybe tomorrowI'm actually organized.
- My 2001 tribute to Billy Graham Thursday (06.23) Democrats primarily 'white Christian' I’ve always thought that, like Tinman and Scarecrow, Republicans need a heart and Democrats need a brain (read my rant). Howard “Scarecrow” Dean is the latest proof. The Democratic Party chairman made headlines when he accused the Republican Party of being "pretty much a white, Christian party." A CNN/USA Today/Gallup Poll found that while 82 percent of Republicans identify themselves as "white Christians,'' the majority of Democrats, 57 percent, also consider themselves the same. So do 67 percent of all Americans. Way to alienate the electorate!
