After 16 years of ministry, Lois has resigned as pastor from LaOtto Wesleyan Church. And after 31 years of being hours away from family, we're moving to the same town as our kids and grandkids. So, expect some future commentary on packing, spoiling grandchildren, and that insipid Michael W. Smith song.

can somebody explain 'Idol' Scott Savol?!
How did the worst singer/performer on "American Idol" end up in the top three last Wednesday?! (And my favorite, Anwar Robinson, get voted off weeks ago?) The answer may be votefortheworst.com which is urging viewers to, well, vote for the worst. "TV is supposed to be about the entertainment value, and what's more entertaining than a fish out of water outlasting the big fish and sharks? The producers wanted Scott in the top group so he could fail, but let's give them the monster that they've created." Ah! Now it all makes sense!
